We are sorry you are not happy with your purchase.

Lifetime® Cookware is a wholesale manufacturer selling to a network of Independent Authorized Distributors. While Lifetime® Cookware is responsible for upholding the warranty in the event of a defect in material or workmanship, your cookware purchase was made through an Independent Authorized Distributor.  As such, Lifetime Cookware and our parent Company SynergyOps, a Manufacturing Division of Regal Ware, Inc., does not have the authority to cancel contract, purchase agreements or accept the return of product from consumers.
